Who can apply?

We’re looking for dynamic and enthusiastic partners who will staff our Branches and offer the best banking experience to our customers.

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Digital literacy
  • Communication and sales skills
  • No pending military service obligations 
 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored suggestions and solutions
  • Collaborating with other Bank teams to offer a seamless customer experience
  • Presenting the Bank’s products and services
  • Handling general banking requests and transactions
  • Growing the customer base
  • Achieving sales and meeting the Bank’s performance targets

  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Team spirit and the ability to work within diverse teams and projects
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Willingness for continuous development
  • Adaptability and flexibility
