User login

If you're a registered user, log in to the Digital Banking home page, go to "Loans" and select "Get it".

Confirm your details

Then, confirm your details regarding your profession, home address, ID and tax particulars (by uploading the latest tax clearance certificate), and provide an insurance clearance certificate if you're subject to insurance clearance obligations.

Select amount

Then, select the loan amount you wish, the repayment period in months, and the account that will be linked to the loan for repayment.

Submit request

Enter some more personal details and submit your application by entering the ΟΤΡ you received on the mobile phone you've registered with the Bank’s systems.

Accept the pre-contractual information - Digitally Sign an agreement

Following the approval, you're informed about the details of your loan (through the pre-contractual information document and the respective instalment schedule), and you then sign digitally the loan agreement.Your loan amount is credited to your deposit account.

Finally, once the procedure has been completed, you can print a confirmation receipt.
