
Here at NBG we participate in the co-funded "My Home II" Program of the Recovery Fund, which provides low-interest loans to young people or couples aged 25-50 in order to acquire their first home.
With the "My House II" Program, you can acquire your own home with co-financing of up to 90% of its value and on particularly favourable terms, provided that you meet the criteria set by legislation and relevant provisions.
Specifically, you can get:
- Loan up to 90% of the value of the property, with a maximum amount of €190,000.
- Repayment term from 3 to 30 years
- Interest-free financing for 50% of the loan amount financed by the RRF
- Interest subsidy of 50% on the remaining loan amount financed by the Bank for families with three or more children, as well as for families with two children acquiring their first residence in the municipalities of Orestiada or Soufli or Didymoteicho of the Regional Unit of Evros.
