It's important to note that you don't need to be an NBG customer to participate, and the registration is completely free with no additional obligations.

Can I change my card’s transaction limit for contactless transactions carried out without the use of a PIN?

Yes. As cardholder you can change or even zero your card’s limit easily and instantly through either Internet & Mobile Banking, or by submitting a relevant request to your NBG Branch or by calling the Bank’s Contact Center.

How can I issue a Prepaid Voucher Mastercard?

The card’s issuance and loading with the amount that each employee is entitled to shall be carried out exclusively by you, in your capacity as the employer. In addition, you can opt to receive detailed updates regarding the issuance, loading and use of the cards.

How can employees activate the card?

All they need is Internet Banking codes to simply activate the card from the convenience of their desktop. Alternatively, if they are already NBG customers, they can easily register through our Internet or Mobile Banking service and obtain i-bank codes. Of course, they can always visit any NBG Branch and get instant activation.

Where can the card be used?

Your employees can use the card anywhere in Greece, at the following contracted with NBG businesses:

Food stores & delicatessens
Grocery stores & supermarkets
Bakeries
Mini markets - dairy stores
Restaurants
Tavernas
Fast food restaurants

Can employees use the card at any business or do they have to use it exclusively with businesses displaying the relevant logo?

Cardholders can use their card at any business of the aforesaid categories, contracted with NBG and accepting Mastercard. Accordingly, employees can use their cards at thousands of businesses that do not necessarily display any relevant logo.
