You can use the service only if your job position is authorized by the legal representative of your business, and the Euro and FX accounts your business wishes to use for the i-FX service have been connected to your job position.
To carry out a New Transaction you need to use an OTP. Thereafter you have 20 minutes to carry out transactions, without entering another OTP.
Transactions are executed on a real-time basis. You can choose clearing either on the same day or within 1 or 2 business days.
To activate the service, the Company’s BoD minutes granting authorization and powers to execute agreements for the use of alternative networks and the FX additional deed is required. The Bank’s Global Markets Division handles your inclusion in the service.
After having activated the i-FX service, when logging in for the first time, you should choose “Link accounts in Euro and FX”. In addition, when executing a New Transaction, the available exchange rates are displayed in real time.
You can carry out transactions instantly, for any amount between €10,000 and €20,000,000.
Activation of the service is free of charge.
Transaction costs are subject to pre-agreed pricing and full transparency.
