Prepaid VISA in a few steps

User login

If you are a registered user, log in to Digital Banking and from the home page go to the "Cards" section and select "Get a new card". You will not need to submit any supporting documents during the process.

Card selection

Then, from the card options that appear, select the Prepaid VISA card.

Terms acceptance

Next, you select the account from which you will be charged for the commission of the card and you accept the terms of the product.

OTP input

Now you confirm your details and enter the OTP to complete the process.

Completion

Finally, after the transaction is completed, you can print the receipt.

When will I receive my card?

You'll receive your card by post after a few days. In the letter, you will also find the activation instructions and instructions on how to get your PIN.

Where can I use my card?

You can use your prepaid card all over the world for whatever you want to buy 24/7. You can also make:

Does i-bank payband have a different transaction limit than my Prepaid Visa if I use them at the same time?

They work together with the prepaid card, so the transaction limits are common and apply in aggregate.

What should I do if my card is stolen or lost?

You should contact our Call Center immediately, which is available 24/7 at 210 48 48 484. If you're an Internet and Mobile Banking user, you can log on to our website and:

Request immediate cancelation of the card
Notify us of loss/theft
Request re-issue
