When your Τoyota Mastercard card is issued, you get a €30 gift voucher with your first card bill. You can use the gift voucher for every after-sales transaction at the official Toyota network.
Moreover, when you use Τoyota Mastercard for after-sales transactions at Toyota, you get a 5% discount on the value of the transaction, in the form of a gift voucher you can redeem at the official Toyota network of merchants and repair workshops.
You can either reset or restore the applicable limit of contactless transactions carried out without the use of a pin, either through the Internet & Mobile Banking applications, as long as you are a registered user, or by submitting a request to his or her NBG Branch or by calling the Bank’s Contact Center.
You can apply to issue up to 3 more cards for free, offering the same benefits to members of your family so that you can all enjoy its advantages.
The bank will determine the credit limit after assessing your credit profile. We will notify you before issuing the card.

You'll receive your card by post after a few days. In the letter, you will also find the activation instructions and instructions on how to get your PIN.
You can activate your card when you make your first transaction at an NBG ATM, by selecting "Card Activation" from the menu. For more information, we recommend that you watch the tutorial video we created for you.
In this case, you need to report it immediately to our Customer Support Center at 210 48 48 484, which is available 24hrs a day. If you are an Internet or Mobile Banking user, you can also manage the card online:
- Block the use of the card, so its temporarily out of use
- Notify us of loss or theft
- Request reissue of your card
If your card is found, you can just as easily unblock it.
