What’s i-bank Pay?

It is an easy way to send money to your friends and make payments. You can:

make payments to businesses and professionals at more than 120,000 sales points that display the i-bank Pay logo or i-bank POS
send money to your friends from one bank to another using the IRIS Online Payments service powered by DIAS
transfer money between your Facebook friends and mobile contacts
share common expenses with your friends by requesting your friends to pay you back using the split-the-bill feature
send the amount of money you wish to donate to the charity or NGO you want to support

Where can I get the app?

i-bank Pay is available on Play Store (Android version 4.0.3 and up) and App Store (IOS version 8 and up).

Can I use the app?

Yes, as long as you have Digital Banking credentials. You can also use it if you have:

NBG Prepaid card
Cosmote Prepaid Mastercard
i-bank Payband

Is there a charge for using the app?

No. You can download and use the app for free.

How can I connect to i-bank Pay?

If you have Digital Banking credentials, you can use your username and password to connect to the app. Then you select the account or the prepaid card you wish to connect to the app. For Internet Banking credentials visit one of our branches. If you are an NBG customer, you can get the credentials through your mobile without visiting the branch.

If you hold an NBG Prepaid card or Cosmote Prepaid Mastercard, just enter the 16-digit number.
If you are an i-bank Payband user enter the i-bank Payband number and access i-bank Pay.
