Can I accept payments from customers with mobile phones or smart watches?

The POS offered are equipped with a contactless reader and accept payments from all cards that support contactless transactions as well as from mobile phones or other smartwatches that support contactless transactions.

Do I need a mobile phone card for the mobile terminals?

You do not need a mobile card for your mobile terminals as it is part of the product and services provided by your POS provider. It should be noted that the service offered includes the use of special global SIM cards that allow connection to all available mobile networks, achieving high connectivity in areas with coverage problems with some mobile networks. This service is included in the maintenance cost of your terminal without incurring additional costs for the mobile network subscription.

How can I request information or technical support?

The company calls for any issue related to its cooperation both in the All in One solution and in e-Commerce: Epsilon Net at 2115007000 and 2310981700 with option 3 (POS organizational issues) for all issues related to the cooperation with Epsilon Net; NBG Pay at 210 9503600 or email at merchants@nbgpay.com for all financial and commercial issues related to the acquiring business; EDPS at 210 8993660 for supply and operation issues of the terminals as well as for technical, operational issues of the e-Commerce platform.

How can I manage the receipt issued by the POS?

The terminal issues the merchant's receipt and then displays a question regarding whether or not to print the receipt for the customer.

Can I use Connect all in one if I am not a National Bank customer?

No, but you can start your relationship with National Bank quickly and easily, either by visiting one of our Branches or exclusively online through Digital Banking.
