“Brain Regain & Retain”. Innovation as a lever for Repatriating Talent
In the context of supporting the actions for the return and retention of young scientists in Greece, we accepted with great pleasure the invitation to participate in the conference "Brain Regain & Retain". The event was held on Monday 2 and Tuesday 3 June and hosted in the Former Public Tobacco Factory, by In Forum.
Dr. Spyros Arsenis, Head of NBG Business Innovation Development, participated in the conference and initially referred to the significant financing options that are currently available for young entrepreneurs in Greece. Next, he highlighted the contribution of NBG's Business Seeds program in mentoring support, connecting with investors and at the innovation and technology competition which is addressed at startups with innovative ideas and export orientation. Last, he referred to successful startups that have emerged from the Greek ecosystem, and concluded by saying that "When you have a mature business plan, everything works in your favor".
